Quality Control
Our strict quality control system provides control over the raw materials that are cleaned and processed once approved. After processing is completed, the product is examined and analyzed to ensure that it conforms to the required specifications. The employees and specialists in the company’s quality management take all necessary measures to produce a product completely free of any harmful elements
Sampling & Labs
SPICELAND sends samples of the product after the quality processes it passes to the Q-CAP laboratory to analyze pesticide residues and to confirm the absence free of any harmful elements to ensure the quality and safety of the product for our customers
We are subjected to strict inspection by SGS &TUV after our quality stages to ensure the safety of the product before it reaches the customer and meets all his requirements.
We are also subjected to the latest inspection by the famous quality and sterilization system “BIO STEAM” which plays the role of new sterilization of the product and produces it in the best possible form and with the best quality for the health of our customers , with fullfilling all hygene requirements & without contamination
Safety
Herbs or Spices , could carry harmful bacteria becuase nothing grown in nature is
sterile and becuase of human intervention by labor in manufafturing and packaging,
So , we feel the risk of contamination with Salmonella or E.coli , yeast or mould .
we do take it very seriously. We sample each lot and fumigate every bag as it arrives
in our warehouse. These samples then go directly to Q-Lab for Pesticides residues
and salmonella and E. Coli tests

Factory & Production lines
As our factory is located in Fayoum governorate , being near to the area of the biggest agricultural and industrial areas in Egypt and the most famous factories for manufucturing herbs and spices all over Egypt is founded here , and also as Fayoum is a farming area what is interested in growing,producing, trading and exporting medicinal and aromatic plants from it to anywhere all over the world . Our factory includes a production unit, warehouses and we keep an eye on our system since the raw material comes to our facility to the shipment of final products in organic or conventional shapes and all according to our clients requirements
